WHAT WE’RE TALKING ABOUT TODAY
SILENCE (5:37-8:35)– you should begin every day here. Meditation, prayer, gratitude. Before you check your social media, email, etc.
AFFIRMATION (8:37-10:34) – tell yourself the truth about yourself. There are so many negative things you can focus on, this allows you to focus on the truth.
VISUALIZATION (10:37-12:19)– picture your day in its most ideal form. How you would react in those situations and walk through each of those scenarios
EXERCISE (12:25 -13:25)– situps, pushups, stretches, yoga, pilates, etc. something to get your blood flowing.
READING (13:27-16:05)– 30 minutes of reading per day to stimulate your brain and always be putting something in beside gossip, TV, etc.
SCRIPTING (16:10-17:47) – what can you do better, what are you winning at, etc.
